Current interests: stem cell senescence; neurodegeneration; telomere uncapping; lysosomal storage; sphingomyelin transmembrane trafficking and recycling; protein ubiquitination; RNA acetylation; pulmonary fibrosis; Parkinson’s disease.

聚焦衰老引起蛋白质及鞘脂失稳态的机制。

1. 有丝分裂细胞衰老的调控：染色体端粒与蛋白稳态对于细胞衰老、永生化及组织纤维化的调控机制，聚焦衰老引起蛋白质稳态问题；

2. 非分裂细胞衰老的机制：鞘脂转运对神经细胞膜性结构、蛋白质及细胞器稳态作用机制。
